Leaving the past and settling into a new adventure....

Dear All.

Hello from Mrs. R and our new destination (Kuwait).
The marina and beach in Fahaheel, Kuwait (September 2014)

Well, Mr. R and I are finally living and working in our new destination and it's been an interesting, exciting, nerve-wracking and eventful Summer, but we are happy and satisfied with the new adventure and life (so far) and miss our families and friends at home ( the UK) and in Central Europe (Slovakia).

We managed to bring four suitcases worth of luggage back to our families homes and at home, we started the tedious and stressful task of preparing vital documents and paperwork for the next adventure. We then continued sorting out our stuff and threw away the things which we had not been using over the past years.
This Summer we practised being patient and detached from everything and at times, it was hard work.

As well as preparing to move to another destination, we were also involved in the preparation and attendance of Mr R's brother and sister-in-law's Wedding in Cornwall and my dear sister's 1st teaching adventure abroad.

Mr. R and myself are so proud of our family and my sister's new adventure and wish her and the  rest of our wonderful, generous, loving and spiritual families all of the very best in life and good health and happiness along the way. :-)

Poor Mr R has had some trouble with his paperwork for our next destination, so when I flew out, he couldn't fly with me and he ended up flying out a few days after me because of his paperwork, but for now, we are just so happy and grateful to finally live and work in our new destination (which has been very sauna hot, sunny and beautiful) and from our studio apartment, we have got a very beautiful view of the sea. :-)

So now, we are just settling into our jobs and the way of life here and we are extremely fortunate and grateful to have our brother and sister-in-law living next door to us and working in the same jobs as us. :-)

Now that we're kind of settled in, there will definitely be more updates about life, love and our new destination.

Until the next time.

Mrs. R. :-)
